To reimburse a non-UCB traveler, please send an email to lbs@berkeley.edu (Opens in a new tab.) that includes the following information about the traveler:
- name
- email address
- Is the traveler a U.S. citizen or permanent resident?
The traveler will be sent a supplier onboarding invitation via email with the appropriate link to securely enter their information directly into the BFS portal.
