To request a fellowship payment for a student, please email the following Fellowship and Student details to lbs@berkeley.edu.
Fellowship Information
- Fund name & number
- Department ID (DeptID)
- Total award amount
- Award payout semester/month & amounts
Student(s) Information
- First & last name
- Email address
- UC Berkeley Student ID (SID)
- Graduate or undergraduate
The LBS team will verify that the student's financial aid package does not conflict with the requested award and eStudent Information Services will issue the payment.
Non-Students
To request a fellowship payment for someone who is not a student, please email lbs@berkeley.edu the award details along with the recipient's name, email address, and whether or not the recipient is a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. The recipient will be sent the appropriate supplier onboarding invitation to set up their payment information, and LBS will process the payment.
