The 952$x field has NRLF Shared Print Ulrichs ID data, needed for annual statistics reports of journal families archived at NRLF. I expect this report will be requested by CDL in August or September. The 952 field contains lots of other migrated holdings record note data from Millennium that are not indexed currently, detailed here (within rows 80-123). The types of notes are identified in the 952 field by their legacy Millennium subfield labels. |
866 | Holdings | Holding Local Param 03 | This field would be helpful for reports that detail, for example, all holdings in a given location or library. NRLF and UCB have historically used a 866$z LACKS note preceding the 866$a to identify negative holdings. Per Ex Libris, the Analytics Physical Items dimension “Summary holding” only returns the 866$a field. So, a "Summary holding" report capturing 866 fields which contain such a $z note would not return the $z note, thus appearing to represent positive holdings, when in fact it is those specific holdings which are lacking. Indexing the holdings 866 field directly would also capture the $z LACKS note and correctly identify which summary holdings are represented negatively. |
867 | Holdings | Holding Local Param 04 | This field contains summary holding information for supplements. This would be helpful for reports that detail, for example, all holdings in a given location or library, similar to holdings 866 above. |
868 | Holdings | Holding Local Param 05 | This field contains summary holding information for indexes. See holdings 866 and 867 above. |
