Where to Look for Peer-Reviewed Journal Articles
Peer-reviewed journals, also known as "scholarly," "academic," or "refereed" journals, send out every article they publish to be scrutinized by known experts in the field. This is to ensure that the author's research methods are sound and in accord with professional standards.
Below are several indexes where you can search for peer-reviewed articles on business topics, including Leadership.
