Photoduplication

Copy machines in Room 119 of the Entry Level of the Hargrove Music Library have been replaced with BookScan Stations attached to printers. Scans can be saved to a patron's USB flash drive or sent to an attached printer if a simple, printed "photocopy" is desired.

All scanning and printing, from the BookScan stations and from public workstations in the libraries, must be paid for using the Cal 1 Card payment system. Only the Moffitt Copy Center can accept alternate forms of payment. UCB Faculty, Staff and Students must deposit funds in the debit account attached to their Cal 1 Card to use it for printing. Visitors can request a Cal 1 Guest Card from the Moffitt Copy Center or from a public service desk in a library. To add value to the card, go to the Cal 1 Guest Card site.

As of August 18, 2011 a reader/printer/scanner for microfiche and microfilm, located in the Microform Reading Room (208) on the Upper Level is still accepting Equitrac payment cards, though a transition to Cal 1 Card payment is expected. Copy services for the University Library as a whole is described at Printing and Scanning in the Libraries.
