Bibliographies

To locate bibliographies on specific places in the Melvyl catalog, use any of the following strategies: subject: [name of place] bibliography; subject: regional planning [name of place] bibliography; or, subject: [name of place] population bibliography. Here are a few examples of the kinds of bibliographies you can find in the library or online.

Finding Books

Here are some useful subject headings for searching the library catalogs. Most of these headings can be modified by the addition of the name of a country or region (e.g., economic development bangladesh or rural development latin america) or by the phrases developing countries or case studies (e.g., urbanization developing countries).
