Bioinformatics Links Directory
This is a curated and annoted directory of molecular resources, tools and databases. It lists all the items appearing in the annual Nucleic Acids Research (NAR) Database Issue (since 2003), as well as sources recommended by bioinformatics experts.

European Bioinformatics Institute (EBI)
EBI is part of the European Molecular Biology Laboratory. It provides analysis tools and several free databases of biological data, including nucleic acid, protein sequences, and macromolecular structures.
