Finding a Dissertation

The UC Berkeley Library has a nearly complete collection of Berkeley doctoral dissertations, and large numbers of Berkeley masters' theses.

You can search for dissertations filed by graduates of the School of Business in several ways.


Visit the Business Library

The Business Library maintains a collection of dissertations which are not catalogued. The library does not receive a copy of every dissertation or thesis from the School of Business; therefore, this is is not a complete collection. These are organized by the author's last name. These items cannot be checked out and are restricted to Library Use Only. Please ask the Business Library staff for more information.

(UCB access only)

Dissertations & Theses (via Proquest) indexes dissertations and theses from all UC campuses. The full text of items published after 1996 may be downloaded from campus computers and via the proxy server.
